Hiring for an ENTRY LEVEL Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant.

This is a direct hire position working directly for CarGuys Inc.

Looking for an individual to start at an entry level position within our company. This person will perform a series of necessary tasks including but not limited to:

• Answering the phones
• Data entry
• Office and personal errands
• Learning the various roles inside our company

Sourcing candidates

Moving candidates into CRM

Light interviewing

• Maintaining Spreadsheets
• Organizing the schedules of the owners

This individual most have a desire to grow within a company, to learn and must be organized. This opportunity is Full time and will have an hourly wage, plus bonus, plus perks (these perks will roll out January 1st).
