CarGuys Inc. is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance Specialist to join our team part-time.

Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance:
• Maintain the exterior of our premises with attention to detail, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and planting.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and structures.
• Light Housekeeping:
• Keep common areas tidy and presentable.
• Assist with light cleaning duties to maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in groundskeeping and basic maintenance.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Availability:
• This is a part-time position, ideally suited for retirees or semi-retired individuals.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
