Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our marketing solutions and addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and pricing packages tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking sales activities and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or marketing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to effectively manage and organize sales activities and client data.
