We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Body Shop Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize performance and drive profitability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork, promoting a positive work environment.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a body shop environment, with a strong track record of success.
•  Extensive knowledge of automotive repair processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, including estimating software and inventory management systems.
•  Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
•  Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
