This position is built for an automotive accounting leader who thrives on complexity, owns the numbers with absolute confidence, and elevates every department they touch. The dealership is searching for a Controller who brings discipline, foresight, and operational mastery to a fast‑moving environment.

What You’ll Lead

• Full financial command of the dealership’s accounting office, month‑end close, and all financial reporting
• Daily oversight of schedules, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and cash flow management
• Strategic partnership with the GM and ownership to guide forecasting, budgeting, and operational decisions
• Compliance leadership across OEM programs, state/federal regulations, and internal controls
• Team development — mentoring, elevating, and structuring the accounting office for accuracy and speed
• Process optimization to tighten workflows, eliminate waste, and improve reporting clarity
• Vendor, lender, and auditor coordination with professionalism and confidence
• Dealership performance analysis that turns raw data into actionable insights for every department head
