What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine interest
• Guide buyers through the full sales process — needs assessment, test drives, product presentation, and closing
• Maintain strong follow‑up with leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
• Build trust by delivering transparent, customer‑focused communication
• Stay knowledgeable on inventory, incentives, financing options, and product features
• Work closely with management and F&I to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals with consistency
