What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads with professionalism and urgency
• Set solid sales and service appointments that show — and stick
• Follow up with unsold leads, missed opportunities, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate notes, updates, and communication logs in the CRM
• Deliver a friendly, confident, and helpful experience on every interaction
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer satisfaction
• Stay consistent with daily activity goals, response times, and follow‑up processes
