What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in their needs
• Guide buyers through the full sales process — discovery, product presentation, test drives, and closing
• Communicate clearly about pricing, features, financing options, and inventory
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, incentives, and competitive advantages
• Work closely with management and F&I to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals with consistency and integrity
