Location: Grand Rapids, MI 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dealership Recruiting Sourcing Agent for Client Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for the dealership
• Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts
• Understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and match them with the appropriate products and services offered by the dealership
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client acquisition

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or client acquisition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
