Sales Manager
CarGuys Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record and the passion and drive to be the
market leader for one of our premier partner dealerships. We are looking for someone who is looking to
advance their career within a dealership group that prides itself on training and developing Top Talent. The
dealership we are hiring for has been family owned and operated for over 38 years. This is a great long term
opportunity in a growing market.

sleeves and work hard to reap rewards.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability
management principles
Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental
employees
Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications :
Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once
Strong attention to detail

High CSI and Sales Volume
