Sales Manager

CarGuys Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record and the passion and drive to be the
market leader for one of our premier partner dealerships. We are looking for someone who is looking to

Job Responsibilities: 
 Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability
management principles
 Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental
employees 
 Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
 Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit 
 Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations

 Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once
