Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top-tier candidates for various industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful placement of candidates
• Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to identify and attract top talent
• Stay current with industry trends and market knowledge to provide the best service to clients and candidates

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the car industry
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
