Full Time New Car Manager Job Description

The New Car Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the new car department. This includes managing the sales team, tracking inventory, and negotiating prices with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and be able to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team and track sales performance
• Negotiate prices with customers and close deals
• Manage inventory and order new cars as needed
• Develop and implement marketing plans for the new car department
• Build relationships with customers and maintain a positive reputation for the dealership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
