Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Assist in breaking down all new & used deals ensure paperwork is correct

● Process & post dealer swaps and wholesales and retail/lease deals

● Assist purchasing new/used car vehicles to inventory

● Assist in submitting aftermarket warranties

● Verification of payoffs to lienholders for traded vehicles

● Follow through on any missing titles until it is received

● Submitting 8300 forms to IRS

● Process miscellaneous checks daily

● Process daily deposits if needed

● Posting parts invoices and reconciling parts statement

● Maintaining and reconciling schedules, daily, weekly and monthly

● Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

Automotive accounts payable/title clerk experience is a plus

Must be detailed oriented and well organized with ability to multitask

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
