Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dealership Recruiting Sourcing Agent for Client Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for the dealership</li>
<li>Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts</li>
<li>Understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and match them with the appropriate products and services offered by the dealership</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client acquisition</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul style="color: #374151; font-size: 16px;">
<li>2+ years of experience in sales and/or client acquisition</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>
<li>Experience in the automotive industry is a plus</li>
