A leading automotive dealership in Florida is seeking an experienced and driven Working After Market Install technician. This position is being recruited by CarGuys Inc., America/Canada's #1 automotive recruiter. The successful candidate will oversee the after market Install process of vehicles, ensuring all modifications and enhancements meet the highest standards of quality and safety, while also actively participating in the work.
 
Job Summary
 
The After Market Install Technician will manage and actively participate in the after market install process of vehicles. This includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vehicle modifications, hands-on experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
 
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate upfits.

Qualifications
