Responsibilities may include:

<li>Daily journal entries using reports from POS system.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Daily credit card batch processing and posting.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Daily posting of vendor invoices and walk in check requests.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Weekly posting of credit card charges.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Weekly processing of accounts payable payments.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Monthly bank account reconciliations.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Monthly vendor statements and credit card reconciliations.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Assist Controller, upon request, with reports, research, etc.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Accounting and Automotive background preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="color: #595959; font-size: 16px;">
<li>Strong computer skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
</ul>
