- The perfect candidate for this position will:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">Have at least a few years of Dealership Receptionist experience&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">Answer all incoming calls and route them to the proper party&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">You will assist with office operations and procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">You will assist with posting documents, including:&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">&nbsp;time records, vehicle deals and commissions along with additions and changes to inventory&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">You will Need to be dressed professionally&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">And You Must be Organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers&nbsp;</li>
