Currently we have a dealership in your area looking to hire an Automotive Parts and Service Director.&nbsp;
Job Requirements:&nbsp;

You must have a solid track record as a Service and Parts Manager.&nbsp;
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
You must have a desire to be the best at what you do.&nbsp;&nbsp;
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Must have a keen knowledge and understanding of the how the Service and
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
parts departments operates and profits&nbsp;
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Must have a customer focused mindset&nbsp;
</li>

The perfect candidate for this position will:&nbsp;

Have at least a few years of Automotive Parts Manager Experience
</li>

Forecast for Parts Department Goals&nbsp;
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Prepare annual budgets&nbsp;
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Understand the importance of time management&nbsp;
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Ensure a timely inventory turnover
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;" aria-level="1">
Must be Organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers&nbsp;
</li>
