<li>Familiarity with frame machines, welders, and modern repair equipment</li>
<li>Ability to read and follow repair orders, estimates, and OEM procedures</li>
<li>A commitment to quality, accuracy, and safe repair practices</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>I‑CAR or OEM certifications are a plus, but not required</li>
