This dealership is looking for an Artisanal Fromager (our "Cheese Curdler") who understands that the difference between a good guest experience and a legendary one is the texture, temperature, and timing of the refreshments.

If you’re the specialist who understands the chemistry of the perfect curd—and you want to apply that precision in a high-performance setting where "standard" isn't in the vocabulary—this is your bay. This shop values the slow art of curdling combined with the fast-paced flow of a luxury showroom. You’ll have a state-of-the-art climate-controlled prep station, the finest local cultures, and a management team that treats your craft with the same reverence they give a precision-tuned engine.

What You’ll Do
Precision Fermentation: Oversee the daily curdling process to ensure optimal texture and flavor profiles for our signature guest pairings.

Consistency Control: Monitor temperatures and acidity with the same scrutiny a lead tech uses for tolerances in a transmission rebuild.

Menu Engineering: Support the hospitality team by crafting small-batch curds and artisanal cheeses that complement our seasonal "Test Drive" tasting menus.

Clean Room Operations: Maintain a laboratory-grade environment. We expect the cheese lab to be as spotless as a clean-room engine assembly area.

Guest Education: Occasionally step into the "Pit Row" lounge to explain the process to clients, acting as the technical expert for our dairy program.

Inventory Tuning: Work with local dairy "parts suppliers" to ensure only the highest-grade raw materials enter the shop.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
Dairy Specialist Background: Extensive experience in cheesemaking, curdling, or artisanal dairy production.

Technical Diagnostic Skills: You can tell by the "feel" and "sound" of the batch exactly when it’s reached peak performance.

Leadership & Focus: You don't get distracted during the critical "set" time; you keep the workflow moving while the chemistry happens.
