Currently we have a dealership in your area looking to hire a Dealership Warranty Claims Assistant
<h3 dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38;">Your Role:</h3>
As a Warranty Claims Assistant, you may:
<ul>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Review repair orders for compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve claims.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Maintain detailed records using dealership software and ensure timely follow-ups on pending claims.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Monitor warranty receivables and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
</li>
</ul>
<h3 dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38;">Key Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and organizational abilities.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Experience in automotive service departments, warranty processing, or dealership operations (preferred but not required).
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Proficiency in computer systems, including DMS software and warranty portals.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Knowledge of vehicle repairs and manufacturer guidelines is a plus.
</li>
</ul>
