This dealership is looking for a Pickle who can keep the flavor profile tight, provide the essential acidic snap, and ensure the guest experience runs with the kind of crispness customers actually notice.

What You’ll Do
Oversee Plate Workflow: Ensure every sandwich is accompanied by a high-performance spear or slice, maintaining on-time delivery.
Perform High-Level Diagnostics: Maintain the perfect &quot;snap&quot; and acidity levels; if you aren’t crunchy, you aren’t showroom ready.
Quality Control: Work closely with the Sandwich Artists to ensure clear communication and proper placement on the plate.
Mentor Junior Garnishes: Set the pace for the chips and the parsley; ensure the entire &quot;side-car&quot; team meets luxury standards.
Maintain Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean, brine-positive environment in the refrigeration bay.
Process Improvement: Help management ensure no sandwich leaves the bay without its signature acidic finish.
