Are you ready to get your hands dirty and experience the authentic life of the ranch? We're seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Livestock Care: Feed, water, and care for cattle, horses, and other farm animals.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Maintenance &amp; Repairs: Maintain fences, barns, and equipment; perform routine repairs including general maintenance in electrical, plumbing, flooring, and carpentry.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Field Work: Assist with hay harvesting and other daily ranch operations.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Fencing: Install, repair, and maintain fencing around the property.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Machinery Operation: Safely operate tractors, trucks, and other essential machinery.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Previous experience in ranch or farm work is preferred.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License, Clean driving record; CDL preferred.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Experience in hay harvesting and fencing is required.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor tasks.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Team player with excellent communication skills.
</li>
<li dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-size: 13pt; text-decoration: none;" aria-level="1">
Must pass a drug test.
</li>
