What You’ll Do
Oversee Daily Workflow: Manage the &quot;line&quot; to ensure every guest—from service clients to new car buyers—receives their meal with accuracy and speed.
Precision Crafting: Design and assemble premium sandwiches and light fare with consistent presentation that matches our brand's high standards.
&quot;Diagnostic&quot; Hospitality: Anticipate guest needs and solve special dietary requests or custom orders with a &quot;yes-first&quot; attitude.
Inventory &amp; Parts Support: Maintain stock of high-quality ingredients; work with vendors to ensure the kitchen is always &quot;fully fueled&quot; and never runs out of essentials.
Quality Control: Perform regular &quot;multi-point inspections&quot; of the café area to ensure cleanliness, food safety, and aesthetic appeal.
Mentorship: Lead and train lounge staff on hospitality etiquette, prep techniques, and maintaining a high-performance environment.
Process Improvement: Assist management in refining the menu and ordering process to maximize guest satisfaction and shop efficiency.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Extensive Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume deli, café, or hospitality environment.
