<li>Oversee daily shop workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on‑time repairs</li>
<li>Support technicians with advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair guidance</li>
<li>Perform high‑level diagnostic and repair work as needed</li>
<li>Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and proper repair documentation</li>
<li>Maintain quality control standards across all repairs and maintenance</li>
<li>Train, mentor, and develop technicians at all skill levels</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment</li>
<li>Assist management with process improvements and shop performance goals</li>
</ul>

<h3>What Makes You a Strong Fit</h3>
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably at the dealership level</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills &mdash; techs trust your judgment and follow your direction</li>
<li>Ability to manage workflow, prioritize repairs, and keep the shop moving</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with both technicians and advisors</li>
<li>Familiarity with OEM systems, scan tools, and repair procedures</li>
<li>ASE or OEM Master certifications are a strong plus</li>
</ul>
